There are times in our lives when we become stuck in the same patterns and challenges. As a Mindfulness Mentor, it is my role to help you identify your patterns and consider ways to shift or change the way they impact your life.

  • Are you feeling overwhelmed, exhausted and drained from all the demands on your time and energy?
  • Have you acquired many of the things you’ve been told will make you happy (job, home, car, pet, partner, etc.) yet still find yourself frustrated and unsatisfied with life?

Continuing Sessions are available for those who have completed either *The Quick Fix or *Along the Path sessions and wish to immerse themselves more deeply into the process.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read before registering:

  • All sessions must be pre-paid in full.
  • All registrations include a $30.00 non-refundable administration fee.
  • Refunds, less $30.00 administration fee, will be granted up to 48 hours prior to the first session.
  • There are no refunds after the session has begun.
  • All cancellations of pre-arranged sessions require a minimum 24-hours notice.
  • Any cancelled sessions will be rescheduled at the discretion of the facilitator and must be completed within the time period outlined within the package description.
  • Any sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited.
