Spending a few moments in meditation each day teaches us to be calm in the midst of the busyness of life. Life happens – Meditation allows us to decide how we react to it!

Drop-in meditation sessions are held in Milton on Thursdays @ 8:30pm and Fridays @ 11:30am. Each week we explore practices that bring us into the stillness and deepen our connection to ourselves.
