About Wendy

I am a dreamer, a visionary, an entrepreneur, a teacher, a guide and mentor, I have spent over half my life sharing my deep passion of yoga and mindfulness practices with others. For over 15 years, I owned and operated Inner Sanctum, a full-time yoga studio in Milton and had the wonderful opportunity to provide yoga and meditation classes, workshops and retreats to the Milton community. These teachings continue through various locations in Milton, Hamilton and the surrounding area.

When I share my knowledge and understanding of life with others I do so with enthusiasm, whether it is on a yoga mat, a meditation cushion or mindfulness mentoring session. I give my full attention and awareness to the task at hand and am always amazed at the wonderful results. I believe we can all be co-creators of our own destiny and are able to do so within the realm of our personal comfort level.

I am not a carbon-copy of anyone. I live my life in a way that is uniquely mine. I follow the path of my heart, making choices that fill me with inspiration. I have an insatiable desire for knowledge. New ideas and thoughts intrigue me and awaken my curiosity. I often find myself on the road less traveled … and I am quite okay with that!

I would love to work with you and by sharing my journey, perhaps you too can understand what it means to live an extraordinarily ordinary life. I promise we’ll have fun doing so, and make it work one breath at a time, one moment at a time and one great big smile at a time!

Peace to you ~ Wendy
